Thirsty Thursday Workouts
Time to start gearing up for the New Year…this one will be a good one back for all the snow-bunnies that stayed inside this week.
50 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 4 rounds of:
- Jump Rope
- Battling Ropes
- Kettlebell Figure 8s
- Palloff Presses
- Ring Rows
- Kettlebell High Pulls
No rest between rounds.
