Terrific Tuesdays in Mt Airy

Quick reminder that the Skinny Tacos Cooking Class is tomorrow night, Wednesday at Avenida. Three super simple recipes to slim down tacos and not have to worry about losing the flavor. All are welcome, reserve your seat by calling the restaurant.

Remember to sign up your team for the Row-A-Thon, we will be raising money for the American Cancer Society. There will only be an 8am workout that Saturday, the row-a-thon takes the place of the 9am and 10am workouts. Please consider joining or starting a team.
