Sweat Into Tuesdays

Complete each exercise for 50 seconds, rest between each exercise for 10 seconds, take no additional rest between rounds, complete a total of 5 rounds.

  • Band Snap Downs
  • Agility Ladder Drills
  • Kettlebell Sling Shots
