Work continuously for 30 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible with good form.

Agility Ladder Drills – 6 lengths
Garage Run – 1 length
Jumping Pull Ups – 20
Overhead Squats – 10/10
Plank Push Ups – 10/10
Skip Garage Distance – 1 length
Full Contact Twist – 10/10

In need of a healthy recipe for a weekend get together, try this one… (serving size for one)

Fresh tomatoes quartered (two)
Fresh Mozarella cheese (half cup)
Fresh Basil (as desired for flavor)
Sliced Cucumber (one cup)
A Little Bit of ‘Crazy Jane’s Mixed Up Salt’ (to taste)
