Strength Training Tuesdays
For those running the distance run this weekend, Lululemon is having a pep rally at the Walnut Street store on Thursday night, they’ll have food, drinks, and music. Stop by if you’re in the area.
Tuesday’s Workout:
- 1a) Pull Ups 8 x 4
- 1b) Deadlifts 8 x 4
- 2a) See-Saw Press 6 x 3/3
- 2b) Goblet Squat 6 x 6
- 3a) Stability Ball Exchanges 3 x 12
- 3b) Speed Rows 3 x 12/12

Awesome work in the AM classes today. Deadlifts on the bar, unassisted pull ups, heavy overhead presses.
