Strength Training on Friday
Yesterday’s resistance band training complex at Urban Athlete, proved to be strangely challenging but equally fun! Here, Ben drives forward at the 9am Urban Athletics Class.
Friday’s Workout
30 seconds on / 30 seconds off for a total of 6 rounds:
- Low Windmill
- Ring Rows (as parallel to the ground as you can get)
- Contralateral Push Ups
- Single Leg Deadlifts (switch sides every other round)
- Paloff Press
