1c) In and Outs 3 x 16
1d) Jump Rope 3 x 100 or Double Unders 3 x 20
2a) 1/2 Turkish Get Up 3 x 3/3
2b) Paloff Press 3 x 12/12
2c) Stability Ball Exchange 3 x 12
2d) Super Planks 3 x 12/12
At various random points through out the workout complete 3 – 500m Rows.
