Starting the Third Week

We just started the third week of the partner weight loss challenge. Let’s kick this one into gear.

What are you and your partner doing to assure accountability with each other? Let us know in the comments section.

Thursday Workout:

1a) Lateral Step Ups 3 x 8/8
1b) RDL 3 x 8/8
1c) In and Outs 3 x 16
1d) Jump Rope 3 x 100 or Double Unders 3 x 20

2a) 1/2 Turkish Get Up 3 x 3/3
2b) Paloff Press 3 x 12/12
2c) Stability Ball Exchange 3 x 12
2d) Super Planks 3 x 12/12

At various random points through out the workout complete 3 – 500m Rows.
