Agility Ladder Drills

1a) Bent Over Rows 4 x 5/5
1b) Single Leg Deadlift 4 x 5/5
1c) Full Contact Twist 4 x 5/5

2a) Janda Sit Ups 4 x 10
2b) Upper Body Step Ups 4 x 10/10
2c) See Saw Press 4 x 5/5
