Sports Saturdays!
It’s Saturday! Remember to wear your favorite sports team shirts to training today…It should probably be a Phillies shirt, or hat, or sweats, or anything.
Hope to see you at the workout and/or JDRF walk on Sunday, wear your Urban Athlete gear or a red shirt.
Saturday’s Workout:
- Agility Rings
- Full Contact Twists
- Static V Sits
- Lateral Cone Jumps
- Stability Ball Exchanges
- Lateral Lunges
45 seconds on / 15 seconds off, no rest between rounds, complete a total of 4 rounds. Finish the last run with a hill run!
