Sports Saturdays

1) Complete as many rounds as possible, with good form in 8 minutes of:

1a – Walking Lunges, the length of the white curb and back
1b – Landmine Press 5/5
1c – Ring Rows 10
1d – Garage Sprint

2) Complete as many rounds as possible, with good form in 8 minutes of:

2a – Double Racked Walks, the length of the white curb and back
2b – Single Arm High Pulls 8/8
2c – Hanging Knee Raises 10
2d – Lateral Cone Jumps 30

3) – Burpees, each minute on the minute for 8 minutes complete as many burpees as you can. Aim to be consistent with the same number each minute.
