Sports Saturdays

It’s always Sports Saturday at Urban Athlete. Support your favorite team, regardless of the sport, each and every Saturday. Team Urban Athlete is definitely a team!

Saturday’s Workout

1a) Racked Step Ups 4 x 5/5
1b) Stability Ball Exchanges 4 x 10
1c) Bent Over Rows 4 x 8/8

*Every 2 rounds, single side overhead walk the garage length. Switch sides at the halfway mark.

2a) Ring Pull Throughs 4 x 8/8
2b) Band Woodchoppers 4 x 10/10
2c) Push Press 4 x 5/5

*Every 2 rounds, double farmer’s walk the garage length.
