Sports Saturdays

Let’s see your team spirit! Which team do you support in season and out of season? Speaking of teams, it’s burpee season and we hope you start practicing your burpees for burpees & burgers. It’s our biggest charity event of the year and each participant has a goal of raising money for the most burpees they can complete in 5 minutes. All the funds raised go directly to JDRF!

Saturday’s Workout (rain contingent)

If there’s no rain…

Team Workout – each team of 4 should complete the following:

Row 6,000-8,000 meters
Kettlebell Swings 200-300
Push Ups 80-100
Pull Ups 30-40
Tennis Ball Plank Passes 80-100
Odd Object Carries 10 garage lengths (partners should carry either the small tires, large tires, barbells or the log)

If there is rain:

Team Workout – each team of 4 should complete the following:

Row 6,000-8,000 meters
Kettlebell Swings 200-300
Push Ups 80-100
Pull Ups 30-40
Tennis Ball Plank Passes 80-100
Odd Object Partner Squats 100 (partners should squat with either the small tires, large tires, barbells or the log)
