Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete 4 rounds of:

-Jump Rope
-Lunge Variations
-Tight Band Rotations
-Mountain Climbers

Then in the remaining time complete:

-15 KB High Pulls
-5 Jump Squats
-1 Resisted Running with Sled
-10 Slam Ball
