Sports Saturdays

Reminder to wear your favorite team gear to your workout on Saturdays. In October the Phillies won, in November UA won, who will be the big winner in December?

Saturday’s Workout:

Complete 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for 3 rounds with your partner.

1a) Partner Band Rows
1b) Partner Band Paloff Press
1c) Partner Band Lateral Pillar Holds


Complete 15 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest for 5 rounds of:

2a) Push Press L
2b) Push Press R
2c) Weighted Jump Squats
2d) Broad Jump
