Sports Saturdays

Does anyone have any fun, local and outdoor activities for the weekend lined up? Festivals, events, runs, etc…Let us know what’s going on.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes with good form of:

Garage Run
10/10 MB Single Leg Hip Bridge
10/10 Slow Mountain Climbers
10 Thrusters
15/15 Single Leg Reaches
15 Push Ups
