Reminder that for the month of August, we will not hold a 10:00am Saturday class, this will resume in September.

1b) Single Leg Reach Reverse Lunge Combo 4 x 10/10

2a) Landmine Presses 3 x 8/8
2b) Ring Rows 3 x 12
2c) Single Side Racked Walk 3 x 3/3 Lengths

3a) SB Exchanges 3 x 12
3b) Supermans 3 x 12
3c) Side Planks 3 x 30-60sec per side
