Sports Saturdays

THANK YOU Urban Athletes, friends and family! Last night’s event Burpees and Burgers was a HUGE success.

You completed 1690 burpees last night.

We have raised $4,206.50 for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and expect a few hundred more dollars in donations to push us well over our $5,000 goal for this year!

Once again, THANK YOU, for one hell of a fantastic event and proof that our community is the best around, you guys rock!!

Saturday’s Workout:

1a) Double DB Cleans 5 x 5
1b) Paloff Press 5 x 10/10

2a) Step Up with a Hop 3 x 8/8
2b) Band Pull Aparts 3 x 12

3a) Partner MB Drills 4 x 30 seconds
3b) Alphabet Planks 4 x 1
