Sports Saturdays

High Point Cafe is having a HUGE village BIrthday BASH the day after Burpees & Burgers, Saturday July 7th. They are having bbq, beer & music starting at 11am at PHilly Salvage, then in the late afternoon, HPC is hosting a Pig Roast and POT LUCK! There’s also FREE acupuncture all day with Philly Acupuncture and the list goes on!

Saturday Workouts!!

Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 5 rounds of:

-Jump Rope
-Burpees
-Ring Rows
-Row
-See Saw Press
