We plan to be out & about in Mt Airy during the Final-ly Friday festivities. Stop by and see us!

Saturday’s Workout

1a) Straight Leg Raises 4 x 8
1b) Double Racked Walking Lunges 4 x 8/8
1c) Weighted T Rotations 4 x 8/8

2a) Spider Lunge w/ Rotation 3 x 8/8
2b) Row 3 x 250m
2c) RDL 3 x 5

3a) Single Arm Band Rows 4 x 12/12
3b) Circle Planks 4 x 1/1

Burpees for Bob, either before or after the workout, jump in on some Birthday Burpees for Bob. I’ll let him let you know how many we all have to do!
