Sports Saturdays!!

Here’s another photo from the Tough Mudder. Dan said the ice bath was terrible, I can’t say that I blame him! Good job Dan!

Saturday’s Workout

5 x 45 seconds each

-Squats
-Band Upright Rows
-Weighted Good Mornings
-Band Presses

Finish each round with a block run.

    25 Box Jumps (women use 18 inch plyobox, men use 24 inch plyobox)
    Farmer’s Walk (30% of your bodyweight)
    Hill Run
    Farmer’s Walk (30% of your bodyweight)
    100 Kettlebell Swings (30% of your bodyweight)
    25 Double Dumbbell Push Presses (30% of your bodyweight)
