-Squats
-Band Upright Rows
-Weighted Good Mornings
-Band Presses
Finish each round with a block run.

25 Box Jumps (women use 18 inch plyobox, men use 24 inch plyobox)
Farmer’s Walk (30% of your bodyweight)
Hill Run
Farmer’s Walk (30% of your bodyweight)
100 Kettlebell Swings (30% of your bodyweight)
25 Double Dumbbell Push Presses (30% of your bodyweight)
