Complete a total of 5 Rounds: 50 seconds of each exercise, 10 seconds rest.

Start and Finish the workout with a Block Run

  • Split Squat Band Rows
  • Spider Lunge w/ Rotation
  • Kettlebell Halos
  • Medicine Ball Thrusters
  • Plank
