Saturday’s Workout

1 – Agility Ladder Drills

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds.
Rest 15 seconds between exercises.
Complete a total of 6 rounds of:

2a – Kettlebell High Pulls
2b – Goblet Squats
2c – Bent Over Rows
2d – Press

Then…

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds.
Rest 10 seconds between exercises.
Complete a total of 4 rounds of:

3a – Janda Sit Ups
3b – Slow Mountain Climbers
