Sports Saturdays

While everyone might not love Philadelphia baseball right now, I know there are still some fans out there. Not to mention football season is well on it’s way to a start, so we’re re-igniting ‘sports saturdays.’ Wear your favorite team’s shirt, hat, jersey, whatever you want…face-paint maybe to your Saturday workout. As always we’ll keep track of which team has the most love!

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

-1/1 TGU
-Sled Runs
-5-8 Burpees
-3-5 Pull Ups
-Farmer’s Walk
