Sports Saturday

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 4 rounds.

-Double Dumbbell Cleans
-Band Upright Rows
-RDLs
-Squat/Jump Squat

Then complete each exercise for 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds between exercises, complete a total of 8 rounds.

-Partner Band Standing Pillars
-Side Plank R
-Side Plank L
