There will be no yoga tomorrow morning. The snow is falling pretty good. We will open for 9am classes tomorrow morning. The schedule will run as normal starting at 9am.
9am – Urban Athletics
10am – Urban Athletics
4:30mpm – Kids BJJ / Open Gym
6:15pm – Kettlebell Class
7:00pm – Urban Athletics
1a – Agility Ladder Drills
1b – MB Thristers
Complete 6 rounds for 6 seconds of each, rest 30 seconds between rounds.
2a) Hurdle Jumps 4 x 15
2b) Spider Lunge 4 x 10/10
2c) Jump Squats 4 x 10
2d) Band Rows 4 x 20
