SNEAKERS!!
SNEAKERS…Where are your old sneakers? I know you all have at least one pair of old sneakers. A pair that you haven’t worn in over a year, that you haven’t thought of wearing in over a year, and that you actually considered throwing away. I also know you have a pair of sneakers you think you’ll use for around the house, when the reality is you use the sneakers you wear everyday (but not the sneakers you wear to the gym because those are always clean). BRING IN YOUR SNEAKERS!! Let let be donated, let them be recycled, GET THEM OUT OF YOUR HOUSE!!
Drop them off at the gym, into the bin by the end of the week to be donated to people in need. Never fear those ratty, old, smelly, sneaks are off to the re-grind Nike factory and will be recycled!
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest 20 seconds between each exercise, complete a total of 5 rounds of:
-Power Ropes
-Overhead Squats
-Kettlebell Halos
-Ring Plank Holds
-Threaded Lunges
