Reaching you fitness and training goals will only happen if you are consistent and dedicated – a purely class-to-class or month-to-month arrangement does not provide the proper support structure or training environment that helps you reach your fitness and training goals quickly and effectively.

To train in Urban Athletes Bootcamp workouts on a regular basis, YOU must adopt our NO EXCUSES lifestyle!

This takes a minimum of a 12 week commitment, and that is where our first set of Fitness Bootcamp programs start.

Our Urban Athlete Bootcamp Program is a life-changing experience, and not just another fad diet or infomercial gadget that might give you flash-in-the-pan results.

If you are not ready to dedicate yourself, and fully commit to a lifestyle change, then I’m sorry our Fitness Bootcamp Program is not for you.

But if you are sick of yo-yo dieting and boring unproductive workouts… and you’re ready to get in the best shape of your life, then it’s time for our Urban Athlete Bootcamp Class!
