Saturday’s workout and bottled water
Here’s a very revealing video about bottles water. As you know, we want you stay hydrated during your Urban Athlete workouts but bottles water isn’t always the best choice.
We added a water filter so you can have safe, great tasting clean water without having to grab a plastic water bottle everyday.
It’s time that we take back the tap!

2A) Kettlebell swings 4 x 20
