Saturday’s Conditioning class

Saturday’s Conditioning class will be a bit different than most other Saturday mornings at Urban Athlete.

This week we’re highlighting our MMA/Kickboxing class. Don’t worry, there won’t be any sweaty hugs…just lots of calories being burned.
