Saturday Workouts In Mt Airy

Next week is the end of the 24 Day Melt Down, stay strong this weekend to get a good weigh in number either Wednesday or Thursday this week.  Thursday morning could be hectic, so if you’d like to weigh in early on Thursday or anytime on Wednesday please feel free to do so.

1a) Wall Ball 21-15-9 reps

1b) Jumping Pull Ups 21-15-9 reps

2a) MB Woodchoppers 3 x 12/12

2b) Split Squats 3 x 12/12

2c) Sit Ups 3 x 12

2d) Super Planks 3 x 12/12
