Saturday Sweat Fest

Remember to wear your favorite sports team gear today for your workout, I’m guessing we’ll see some Phillies shirts in the morning after last night’s 11th straight win.

1a) Windmills (bodyweight, low, or high) 5 x 5/5

1b) Push Ups 5 x 5

2a) Jump Rope 3 x 125

2b) Med Ball Chest Pass (with a partner) 3 x 50 (25 per partner)

2b) Block Run 3 x 1

3a) Stability Ball Triple Threat 3 x 12/12/12

3b) Super Planks 3 x 12/12
