Running in Mt Airy
Complete a total of 6 rounds of the following:
- 10/10 Single Leg Reach/Lateral Lunge Combo
- 5 Dips
- 5/5 Front Squats
- 10/10 Snatches
Weather permitting we will start the 10am running next week on Wednesdays and Fridays. I will be adding in a few Friday afternoon and weekend runs as time permits.
