Are you ready for the National Talk Like A Pirate Day Trail Run?  Greg said he’d have some hot cider ready for us when the run was over.  Be at Valley Green Inn at 9am in your best Pirate gear on Sunday.

  • Agility Ladder Variations 4 x 60 seconds
  • Stability Ball Exchanges 4 x 60 seconds
  • Jump Rope 4 x 60 seconds
  • MB Thrusters 4 x 60 seconds

.After each round do a Hill Run.

  2. I was in charge of the clock this morning, Molly, but only Patricia wanted me to time the run and I didn’t even do it the first time. I’m sorry that you and Weasel (or is it Rascal?) didn’t make it :-(
