Row, Row, Row Your Boat

…In the parking lot of Urban Athlete. This weekend, be sure to register for the Row-A-Thon. Stop by and donate. We’re kicking of the American Cancer Society fundraising event at 9:00am on Saturday. Remember the 9:00am workouts and 10:00am workout have been cancelled for this weekend to hold the event. We hope to see you there!

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds of work, with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. Complete a total of 5 rounds of:

-Deep In and Outs
-Jumping Pull Ups
-Medicine Ball Thrusters
-RDL
-Lateral Line Jumps

THEN —>

30 seconds of each, for 3 rounds:
-Flutter Kicks
-Floor Knee Tucks
-Push Ups
-Rest
