Resistance Band Training at Urban Athlete

Thanks to everyone who was able to show up for Amanda’s Surprise Birthday party last night.  She was actually surprised…or at least that’s what she told us. 

Some Partner Work Today and Resistance Band Work:

Partner Resistance Band Complex – each partner completes 4 total rounds of:

  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 Reverse Lunges
  • 5 Resisted Running

Then:

20 – 10 – 20 reps of:

  • Partner Band Chest Presses
  • Band Floor Pulls
  • Lateral Band Walks
