Some Partner Work Today and Resistance Band Work:
Partner Resistance Band Complex – each partner completes 4 total rounds of:
- 10 Jump Squats
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Reverse Lunges
- 5 Resisted Running
Then:
20 – 10 – 20 reps of:
- Partner Band Chest Presses
- Band Floor Pulls
- Lateral Band Walks
