Recovery Workout at Urban Athlete
Complete a total of 5 rounds. Complete each exercise for a total of 50 seconds, with 10 seconds rest between exercises. Take now additional rest between rounds.

- Stability Ball Hip Bridges / Medicine Ball Single Leg Hip Bridges
- Double Lunges
- Plank Variations
Take a recovery day. In addition to a consistent workout program and proper nutrition, it’s equally important to get quality rest and take active recovery days.
