As many as rounds as possible with GOOD form in 30 minutes…

  • 3-7 Pulls Ups
  • 5/5 Front Squats
  • 1-3 Dips
  • 5/5 Weighted Walking Lunges

Again, focus on form, and choose challenging weights.
