Pull Ups and Dips
As many as rounds as possible with GOOD form in 30 minutes…
- 3-7 Pulls Ups
- 5/5 Front Squats
- 1-3 Dips
- 5/5 Weighted Walking Lunges
Again, focus on form, and choose challenging weights.
