Working on pull ups and core strength at Urban Athlete today.

1a) Pull Ups 4 x 6

1b) Front Squats 4 x 6/6

2a) Weighted T Rotations 3 x 6/6

2b) Jumping Lunges 3 x 12/12

3a) Suspended Knee Tucks 3 x 12

3b) Super Planks 3 x 12/12

3c) Around the World Planks 3 x 6/6

3d) Contralateral Push Ups 3 x 6/6
