Power-Endurance for the Grand Opening

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes perform:

  • Dumbbell High-Pulls 5R/5L
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Squats Jumps
  • 10 Squat Thrust

Reminder about this weekend.  The Grand Opening of the new Urban Athlete facility is this Saturday, March 28, 2009 from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

All workouts and jiu-jitsu classes remain as scheduled, however we’ll also have some seriously fun workouts including kettlebells, dumbbells, running, and bodywieghts exercises at 10:00am, 12:00pm, and 2:00pm.

Jiu-jitsu and kettlebell demonstrations are rotating at 11:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm.

Dr Damien from Rhino Chiropractic will also be onsite. 

Food and beverage will be available throughout, as well as an oppurtunity to get in on some great raffles, all which will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Ride for a Cure.

    We miss you too Sammy, I’ve even been in to the 6am to workout.

    If you’re day allows it, the 8am and 9am are still on for Saturday as well.
