Post Pie & Stuffing

The turnout for the Thanksgiving Day workout exceeded last year’s number, we had 44 people working out! Thank you again for another great morning with all of you!

Open gym today and yoga at 10:00am, we are only open from 8am to noon. There is no 4pm class today. Tomorrow is a regular schedule. We have switched Sunday yoga to 8:30am.

Workout:

25 reps of each exercise, complete 1-3 rounds:

-Zercher Squats
-Band Rows
-Kettlebell High Pulls
-Wall Ball
-Push Ups
-Band Push Downs
