I made a short trip to a friend’s gym on Tuesday afternoon. As always it was an exciting experience. Get ready for some of this tire stuff once we find a place willing to dump them on us. As always, we guarantee fun!

Yesterday’s workout was kind of tough, so today’s workout will be a nice little blend of bodyweight movements. Don’t let is fool you…it’s still challenging to complete.

40 seconds on / 20 seconds off

  • Step-up w/ Reverse Lunge
    Kettlebell Swings
    Tri-cep Pushdowns
    Sit-ups
  • Upper-body Step-ups

5 Rounds…no rest between rounds.
