Dumbbell Complexes

After a complete warm-up with agility ladders, jumps ropes and running we’ll begin busting out some dumbbell complexes.

Perform 5 reps of each exercise on one side..then the other for a total of 6 rounds…

  1. Snatches
  2. Push Presses
  3. Front Squat
  4. Swings
  5. Power Lunges
