Some legs, core and lungs

I have a new side-plank complex I’ve been working on. I’m sure you guys are going to love it. This is for 6 rounds, all the uni-lateral exercises should be alternated each round.

40 seconds on 20 seconds of!

6 rounds of:

  • Power Lunges
  • Lateral Box Shuffles
  • Side Plank complex
  • Stability Ball Hip Bridge
