It’s another beautiful day in Philadelphia, so it’s time to head back outside for some training.   Grab a dumbbell or kettlebell and head to the Garages.

  • 10/10 Snatches
  • Garage Sprint
  • 20 Squats

6 Rounds

Then, head inside for…

  • 10 Ring Rows
  • 10 Push Ups

5 Rounds
