One Day Left Before Burpees & Burgers
I hope everyone had a great July 4th celebration and a day of relaxation. We are just a day away from Burpees and Burgers and we have raised about 1/5 of our initial goal. There is plenty to do and BURPEES are one of the big ways of us getting to our goal.

-20 SB Exchanges
-10/10 Single Leg Hip Bridge
-5/5 Presses
-5/5 Bent Over Rows
