New Trial Workout Times Added
Just a reminder that this week we have two 12pm class times set up. These are 30 minute workouts, that differ from the regular daily workout, with the intended goal of getting a lot of work done in a little bit of time. Especially perfect for the busy person to get in a workout during the lunch hour, 30 minutes in and out. Testing it out this week on Monday and Thursday.

Monday’s Workout
50 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 3 Rounds
-Squats
-Kettlebell Swings
-Box Jumps
Rest 2 minutes, then 30 seconds of each for 4 Rounds…
-Jumping Pull Ups
-Flutter Kicks
-Push Ups (alter the variations each round)
-Farmers Walk
-Straight Arm Plank
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.
