New Summer Schedule
Just like last summer we’re making a slight change to the start time of some of the 9am classes. We’ve also added a few open gym times and yogas classes.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00am classes will now start at 9:15am.
There are new Yoga classes on Mondays at 10:15am and Tuesdays at 8:00pm.
There are new Open Gym times on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

This week in yoga…
This week in yoga practice we’ll work on twisting postures that help realign and lengthen the spine. These postures detoxify the body and prepare it for the transition into summer. Challenge yourself to get closer to yourself both physically and mentally. Practice will include sun salutations, standing and seated poses and will finish with savasana. All levels welcome! BYOM (bring your own mat).
Monday’s Workout:
Complete 3-5 rounds of the following:
- 15 Four Corners with Push Ups
- 10/10 Bulgarian Split Squats
- 15 Hanging Knee Raises
- 10/10 Single Leg Hip Bridge
- 15 Ring Rows

Congrats Nikki and Matt!
For the record, I lost 4 lbs. (of water) during today’s workout — I weighed in before and after. I’d better learn that Pamela both designed AND COMPLETED this workout.
