Mt Airy Workouts
Since yesterday’s workout was so easy and so many people complained I was forced to create this badboy.
Actually, Mara and Patricia twisted my arm.

Mt Airy Fitness
4 Rounds of:
10 DB Snatches- 5Right/5Left
10 Burpees or Blurpees for the Alphas
10 Swings
1 Garage Run
