Now onto Thursday’s Workout:
Stay on the same exercise for 4 minutes or 8 rounds…however you want to think about it.
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off of…
Jumping Pull-ups
Pledge Push-ups
In & Outs
Medicine Ball Shuffles
Burpee
