Friday’s Chaos

Tabata Lateral Jumps…20 seconds of jumps, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. Try to keep the number of jumps the same from round to round.

Then complete 4 x 4 minute rounds of:

Agility Ladder Drills
Split-Squat band Row (switch lead legs after 30 seconds)
Sit-ups
Stability Ball Planks
